SLS Brickell is a 55 story high rise located on South Miami Ave in the Brickell area of Miami. This building includes 453 condominium units as well as 114 guest rooms as a five-star hotel. SLS Brickell has a 40,000 sq ft pool deck with 3 pools and full food and beverage service.
Amenities
The rooftop pool has panoramic views from Ft Lauderdale to Biscayne Bay and the Florida Keys. The amenities include a full-service spa, gym and fitness center, theater, pool room, and party rooms all that are available to the SLS Residences. SLS Brickell also has a ball room to accommodate functions of over 1000 guests. Two restaurants tie together the experience, Filia by Michale Schwartz and Bazar Mar by Jose Andres.
Project Associates
The General Contractor for this project was John Moriarty Associates from Hollywood Florida, the Architect is Arcquitectonica. The exterior of the parking garage features the artwork of Marcus Linniebrick. The interior designer for this project was Philippe Stark.
