Bruce Cavossa is a South Florida construction and development professional with over 30 years of experience representing owners and leading projects from concept through completion. As an Owner’s Representative, he brings a strategic, detail-driven, and purposeful approach to operations management, pre-construction, estimating, budgeting, and production oversight, serving as a trusted partner to developers, ownership groups, and stakeholders throughout Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

Prior to founding Cavossa Management Inc., Bruce held senior leadership roles with some of South Florida’s most respected construction and development firms, including Suffolk Construction, Konover Construction, Kaufman Lynn Construction, and The Related Group. He has also collaborated closely with industry leaders such as Plaza Construction, John Moriarty Associates, Moss Construction, Stiles, and Kast Construction, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how to align owners, designers, and contractors to drive successful outcomes.

From the 1970s through the 1980s, Bruce worked in his family’s concrete construction business, specializing in concrete pumping, placing, and finishing. During this time, he developed extensive field experience in sitework, utilities, and concrete construction. This hands-on background shapes a practical, problem-solving approach, which he brings to every project he oversees.

His project portfolio includes high-rise and mid-rise condominiums, multifamily residential developments, mixed-use projects, hospitality and retail, parking structures, automotive facilities, public and private schools, and university projects. Over the course of his career, Bruce has successfully completed and delivered over one billion dollars of projects in south Florida.
