Project Description:

1818 Park is a 20-story mixed-use high-rise consisting of 170 residential apartments, a 400-space parking garage, a 103-room Hilton Garden Inn, and integrated restaurant and retail components.

A defining element of the project is the preservation and historic restoration of the Great Southern Hotel, originally constructed in 1924. Three existing facades are being restored to their original condition, integrating early 20th-century architectural detailing with contemporary high-rise design.
