SLS Brickell is a 55-story mixed-use high-rise located on South Miami Avenue in the Brickell district of Miami, consisting of 453 luxury condominium residences and 114 five-star hotel guest rooms. The project includes a 40,000-square-foot amenity deck with three pools, full food and beverage service, and extensive hospitality infrastructure.

The development features a comprehensive amenities program, including a rooftop pool, spa, fitness center, theater, private event spaces, and a large-scale ballroom designed to accommodate functions exceeding 1,000 guests. The project also incorporates two signature restaurants, Filia by Michael Schwartz and Bazaar Mar by José Andrés.
