Project Description:

 Audi North Miami is a flagship automotive retail project featuring one of the largest Audi dealerships in the United States. The development includes approximately 400,000 square feet of showroom, sales, and retail space, 60 service bays, and a 1,000-vehicle parking structure, as well as ancillary service functions such as a car wash, detail bays, and fuel service.

The project scope included complex site work with stone column pile foundations, a precast parking structure with cast-in-place concrete and masonry, and a fully integrated drainage containment system. Construction began in February 2016 and was completed ahead of schedule, opening on July 4, 2017.
