Project Description:

During construction, a dispute between ownership and the general contractor resulted in the contractor’s termination, requiring the developer to assume direct responsibility for completing the project.

Cavossa Management was engaged as part of the project recovery team and mobilized immediately, providing executive management support and deploying eight superintendents to oversee remediation, completion, and delivery of approximately 850 residential units. Panorama Tower is the largest residential project south of New York, and Cavossa Management served as an integral member of the recovery effort leading to project completion.
